We offer Indian specialities with spices added according to the individual request of our customer.
Maharaja was a term for a king back to the time of the Imperial governance in India and the Indian cuisine consisted of the most luxurious and exquisite specialities. That is exactly where we’ve got inspiration for our restaurants cuisine, as well as creating authentic atmosphere in our restaurant. Maharaja has received 4 time 3 & 4 Chef Hats rating some Danish newspaper Politiken, Berlingske Tidende & a Swedish newspaper SYDSVENSKAN since 2002. |

Discount system
Members of Club-Lorry are entitled to our special 15% discount agreement ordering. Discount system is as well valid for the companies up to 4 people. Companies with more then 4 people can only get 15% discount on drinks. We accept only one card per company & cardholder may inform waiter & hand over the card, before ordering. Take away discount. Our Menu-card «except no. 16» is available for Take-away and we offer 20% discount on ala carté orders. Seating capacity. Maharaj has at all 3 restaurants in Copenhagen. We have seating capacity of 40 persons in the Frederiksberg branch, 60 persons in the Amager branch & 65-70 persons in our Østerbro new restaurant. As means of payment. We accept Dankort, VisaDankort, MasterCard, ABSI, Bank Checks, as well as cash in DKK, £, $ and €. |
